Payment collection charges vary by payment provider.
Organizations on our Team and Enterprise plans can process payments through Cognito Pay, PayPal or Square, without any additional fees above what the processors charge.
Users on our Individual and Pro plans can process payments through Cognito Pay for an additional charge (on top of Cognito Pay’s standard fees):
- Individual plan: 2% of the payment amount
- Pro plan: 1% of the payment amount
These fees can be passed on to your customers or taken out of the payments you receive if you collect money in the same currency as your Cognito Pay account.
