With Guest Access, you can give people outside your organization secure, limited access to your forms and entries – no password required. Guests log in using a secure code and can only see the forms or entries you’ve explicitly shared with them.
Depending on your needs, you can:
- Let guests submit forms – Set up forms so guests can log in to the portal and create new entries.
- Let guests view their own entries – Share specific entries with guests so they can view or update them as needed.
- Allow access without using a guest list – Share entries with individual guests without maintaining a full guest list.
