Guests can only access forms and entries in the Public workflow role.
With Guest Access, you can give people outside your organization secure, limited access to your forms and entries – no password required. Guests log in using a secure code and can only see the forms or entries you’ve explicitly shared with them.
Depending on your needs, you can:
- Let guests submit forms to create new entries in the portal.
- Let guests view their own entries to review or update them.
- Allow access without using a guest list by sharing entries with individual guests.
