Use our free ticket sales template to limit the number of tickets based on both event date and ticket class availability. This template includes the related Ticket Inventory form, which contains data used by Lookup Fields to populate the Ticket Class and Performance dropdowns. When all tickets are sold out, the form will automatically close and display a message (“No tickets are available at this time. Please check back later.”).

Upon hitting Submit, the form tallies the selected date and ticket type based on the quantity available and displays a custom message to attendees when the limit is exceeded.
