Changing the default reply-to email in your organization’s settings does not automatically update the To address in email notifications for existing forms.
You can modify your organization’s general settings at any time by clicking on your organization’s name in the top right and then clicking the settings icon to access your organization settings.
Your organization name appears in the URL to all of your forms. You may change your organization name at any time, but doing so will result in the URL to your forms changing as well.
The default reply-to address is the same as the email address used to register your Cognito Forms account, but you can change this address at any time. This address is used when you set up entry notification emails on your forms, but does not automatically update the To address for existing forms.
To update the To address for existing forms, simply open the form builder and select the Notification Emails option under Submission Settings. Once you’ve updated the address, make sure to save your form.
