Creating a new organization

Quick Tip

For privacy, payment accounts (PayPal, Stripe, Square) will need to be individually connected to each of your organizations.

To create a new organization:

  1. Make sure that you’ve verified your email address. You cannot create new organizations until your account is verified. Learn more.
  2. Select the name of your current organization, then select + NEW ORGANIZATION from the dropdown. You can also add a new organization from your account settings page.
  3. Give your new organization a unique name, select your reply-to address, and set your default location. Learn more about changing your general settings.
  4. After successfully creating a new organization, you will be taken to that organization’s form listing. Switch to another organization by using the dropdown next to your organization’s name in the top right.
