New — Do More With Your Number Fields!
We’re always looking for ways to make your forms more powerful. So we strengthened what your number fields can do.
Apply new formats
You now have new options when formatting number fields on your forms. Choose either the standard textbox style (the one you’re used to using) or try our new dropdown or spinner options.
While you could always set minimum and maximum values, the new dropdown and spinner options enable you to now set increments. And, of course, you can still use these numbers in calculations and lookup fields.
Create order forms faster
We also added an option to specify quantities in your choice and lookup fields when collecting payment. You can now select a number field on your form that determines the quantity.
This helps streamline how you build order forms by eliminating the need to add a separate price field. Just specify quantities in the number field to automate how your form calculates subtotals. (This is especially handy when people are ordering multiples of the same item.)
If you’re managing your inventory by setting quantity limits on a Lookup Field, it will also adjust your remaining inventory balance accordingly.
