The moment someone clicks Submit, their lead score is calculated and the entry is automatically assigned to one of four Workflow Statuses based on predefined score thresholds. No manual sorting required. - Conditional Email Routing
Configure email notifications to trigger only for qualified leads (50+ points), ensuring your sales team isn’t overwhelmed with every submission. You can set up separate notifications for each service type, routing leads for one service type to one team member and another service type’s leads to a different team member. - Entry Views Ready for Filtering
Once you start collecting leads, you can create filtered Task Views and Grid Views that show only specific status categories, making it easy for different team members to focus on their assigned priority level without seeing irrelevant leads.
